When will my order ship?

Our current processing time is 1-3 business days. Processing times may be extended up to during sales or busy season (holidays or with new releases). We are based in Charlotte, North Carolina and we ship worldwide.

We ship all orders with USPS First Class Mail with tracking from Charlotte, North Carolina. Domestic orders typically take about 3-5 business days to arrive. International mail takes much longer, so please be patient with USPS. For national orders, please give the order a full 2 business weeks (from the shipment date) to arrive to your location. For International orders, please allow a full 30 business days (from the shipment date) to arrive to your location. After these times, please contact us with the full name on your order and the order number.

What is your return or cancellaction policy?

Given the unique nature of our products, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us directly. We are committed to resolving any concerns to the best of our ability. Feel free to contact us for assistance! We are unable to accommodate cancellation requests for orders once they have been placed, as our processing is done so promptly. We kindly ask that you verify your mailing address and order details for accuracy. Should you identify any errors, please reach out to us right away for assistance. Thank you for your understanding!

What do I do if I find a defect with my order?

While we strive to ensure the quality of our products, these are handmade items, and occasional errors may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please reach out to us with your order number, full name, a detailed description of the issue, and a photo of the issue. Please note that, like us, our cutting machines aren't always perfect. Sometimes there may be a sticker cutline may be slightly off, but that won't impact the intended use of the sticker. While we do inspect each sticker sheet that ships out to you, if there is an error in our sticker that prevents you from being able to use it, please contact us right away.

Do you make custom stickers?

If you don't see the sticker you are looking for in our shop, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We may be able to create the sticker you're looking for.

What if the tracking shows my order was delivered but it is not in my mailbox?

📦 Once an order is marked as Delivered by the postal carrier, it is considered successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout. Unfortunately, we arnot responsible for missing or stolen packages after USPS marks them as delivered. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your order, please take these steps: Confirm the shipping address on your Etsy order is correct. Check with members of your home, neighbors, or your building’s management or mailroom to see if they accepted the delivery. Contact your local post office directly — they can often locate the package or provide GPS delivery information. We cannot replace items marked as delivered, but we will do our best to help provide tracking info to you.

Introducing our thoughtfully designed Hobonichi Cousin Planner Tabs. Each sheet features tabs for all 12 months, as well as tabs to mark you planner's monthly, weekly, yearly, and notes sections. You can choose from 6 different font options, as well as 12 color choices.

These tabs are designed to perfectly fit the Hobonichi Cousin planner, but they can work equally as well in any number of planners or journals. Each tab extends approximately 1/4" from the planner's side and spans about 4 grids in width, offering a compact yet easily visible design. See the final listing pic for tab dimensions.

Our tabs are printed on tear-resistant (not tear-proof) vinyl matte paper for enhanced durability, and each tab features a small score at its center, allowing for effortless folding and ease of placement. Please keep in mind that this sticker paper, while more durable, is permanent, so carefully consider your placement.
