Can I personalize or request a custom order?

All items have the option to personalize them. If requesting a custom order, message me directly on Etsy with your request before making any purchases.

What's your refund and return policy?

All sets are uniquely handmade and made to order. With that being said, there will be no refunds. Also, due to sanitary reasons I do not accept returns/exchanges. But, if you have any issues or concerns with an order please feel free to message me. I will do my best to resolve any issues.

I had ordered an Xs n even then they were jus hella big so it took awhile to file them to "fit". They dont stay on because it doesn't fit right and i did all the prep. They also jus look weird bcs of that. I also put in the personalization if the base color could be more nude & not so pink, they look the same. Waiting for shipping and dealing w all that, next time ill jus go get em done for same prices.

I really do appreciate your order and review, and will learn from your experience to better accommodate those that may have smaller or larger sizes. Also, I do have sizing kits available and always recommend them to provide a more accurate size, especially if you may be unsure of your size or don’t trust the pre-set sizes.
