actually incredible! the quality of the strap matched exactly how they look in the image examples. you can tell the quality is sturdy as well. I also have to give them a HUGE SHOUTOUT for etching a line art of an elephant on the back of the name tag. I sent it as a note and didn't expect it to be done but I was surprised to hear from my sister that it was indeed etched. so thank you! this was a gift for my sister and she loves in and I am glad with how the product turned out.
