Symphony Jute Grasscloth is a traditional un-pasted, pre-trimmed, paper-backed wallpaper. Wallpaper paste is required for installation.

Before placing your order, we recommend ordering a sample to verify the color, texture, and material. Samples ship free via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Expedited and international shipping services are available upon request (fee based on the selected carrier rate).

Please note that samples are not designed for framing as artwork; they are intended exclusively for evaluating color variations and texture in relation to wallpaper installation projects. Samples arrive to the studio pre-cut, and we are not responsible for any folding or creasing that may occur.

Orders
To order, measure the overall height and width of your walls, adding 2-4 inches to each dimension to account for seam allowance and pattern matching. Multiply the height by the width of each wall to determine the amount required in square feet. For accuracy, please refer to a professional wallpaper installer to verify quantities or contact us with your wall dimensions (height x width) for a custom quote.

Delivery Time
Samples: 5-7 business days
Wallpaper: 1-2 weeks (if in stock)

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
Returns are accepted on damaged, defective, and/or shipping error orders only. Returned orders must be received in their original condition and packaging. Samples and custom-sized wallpaper orders are ineligible for return. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of payment for custom sized wallpapers. Order exchanges and returns on custom-sized wallpapers are not accepted after the 48-hour period. All orders should be inspected upon receipt and before installation; any claims must be made immediately upon inspection of goods and prior to installation.
