Custom and personalized orders

We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you want to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it and receive a full refund. However, if the product has already been manufactured, 50% of the product's cost will be refunded to cover production expenses. We accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or incorrect in color or type, but the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must be in its original condition.
