I cannot see my download links on Etsy.

1) Make sure you are signed into the same account that you made your purchase from. 2) Are you are using the Etsy App? The download links will not show up in the Etsy app. You will need to use an internet web browser instead. If you click on the link from the email on a device where you have the Etsy App installed, your device may open the App rather than an internet web browser. If this is happening, go directly to a web browser and sign into the Etsy account that you used to make your purchase, then click on your account, then “Purchases” and you should see the order with the links.

I cannot open my files after download

Download and computer glitches can and will happen from time to time, I have tested each download link to make sure it works properly before and after uploading to Etsy to make sure it works properly. If you are getting any error message or error message saying that your files cannot be extracted or cannot be opened from this location, the easiest way to fix the issue is to restart your computer and re-download the file. Another fix is to move the file to a new location on your computer ( Example...move the file from Download Folder to your Documents Folder) If this does not fix your issue or you see other errors, you will need to contact your technical support for your specific computer or device.

Can I download to a Phone or other device?

It is not recommended to use your phone for download. The files are large and you may need special apps to download or open them. I cannot help with phone downloads. It is always best to use a computer.

Do I need a Dropbox account or need to pay for Dropbox to download my files?

No... You do not need an account, you do not need to Sign up or Join dropbox to download your files, It is completely free and easy to use. Message me through Etsy messages if you want detailed instructions for dropbox downloads.

Dropbox Instructions- only two clicks

Click on the links on your downloaded PDF in the blue box, a dropbox page will open up with the files On that page, click on the download icon button (looks like an arrow pointing down with a line under) it you can also click on “File” then click on “Download”, the file will now be saved to your computer.

I do not email files, they are too large for email delivery and do not usually go thorough or get delivered
