Check individual listing for it's return policy. - Canvas and personalised prints are non returnable - Please note we do not cover the return shipping costs to the UK - Please send a message to receive the return address details - Items must be received back in original condition for a refund to be issued - If you buy an item on a multibuy promotion, your refund will be adjusted in accordance with the offer

How are the products packaged?

- Larger art prints are shipped in triangular or cylinder tubes to ensure safe delivery - Smaller art prints will arrive in flat envelopes

Can items be personalised?

- Where possible we aim to support with personalised requests. Send us a message with the details and we will respond within 24 hours to your query. - We do not offer gift wrapping or personalised notes at this time as our prints ship directly from local printing partners

Do you sell digital versions of your art prints?

- Please be advised our art prints are not offered as digital files

I'm looking for a different sized art print to fit my frame, is this possible?

- A4, A5 and A6 sizes are not available - If you require another sized art print please send a message with your request

Can I cancel my order?

My item has arrived damaged / I received the wrong item - what do I do?

- In the very rare occasion an item arrives damaged or different to expected please send a message with a photograph of your item and a replacement will be sent out to you

My tracking details show my item is delivered but I haven't received it?

- In such a case where the courier has logged your item as delivered we will follow up with the courier to determine the whereabouts of the item - If the item cannot be discovered, the item can be reordered again with a substantial discount applied - Unfortunately we cannot replace orders when the tracking clearly states that delivery has taken place
