Are the canvases ready to hang?
Yes! Both our Stretched Canvases and Framed Canvases arrive fully assembled with an attached sawtooth hanger, ready to hang straight out of the box.

What is a Stretched Canvas?
A stretched canvas is your artwork printed directly on canvas, then stretched tightly over a built-in pine wood frame for a smooth, gallery-style look. The image is mirrored around the 1.25" edges for a clean, finished presentation from every angle. No framing needed, just hang and enjoy.

What is a Floater Framed Canvas?
A floater frame is a wood frame that surrounds the stretched canvas with a small gap between the two, creating the look of the canvas "floating" inside the frame. It adds a modern, polished touch and roughly 1 inch to the overall dimensions. You'll find our Framed Canvas version in the listing linked above.

What is an Unframed Art Print?
An unframed art print is your artwork printed at 300dpi on heavyweight, museum-grade archival matte paper with vibrant, fade-resistant colors. It arrives ready for the frame of your choice, perfect if you already have a frame style in mind for your space.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please message us with a few photos of the item and the box it arrived in. Once we have the photos, we're happy to send out a free replacement or work with you on a partial refund if you'd prefer to keep the current piece.

What if my order is lost in the mail?
We'll help you track it down. If the package truly can't be recovered, we'll send out a free replacement at no cost to you.

What if there are wrinkles on my canvas?
Slight wrinkles can occasionally happen during shipping and are usually easy to fix. Lightly mist the back of the canvas with water from a spray bottle and let it dry naturally while the canvas hangs. It will tighten back up as it dries. Message us if you need a hand!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unframed Art Prints: Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as long as the print is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping through USPS, and a full refund is issued once the return arrives back to us. Just message us to get started and we'll send over the return address and simple instructions.
Canvases: Due to their size and shipping costs, canvases are not eligible for return. If your canvas ever arrives damaged, we've got you covered with a free replacement (see above).
