How long will it take to receive my order?

Our current processing time is 3 business days for hand-poured candles and 3 business days for wine labels. Once your order leaves our studio, the delivery timeframe is dependent on the postal service. We have no control over their processing time. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. We can try and accommodate requests to expedite an order in our processing queue, but it is not a guarantee, and not available during holiday. Please understand that expediting your shipping does not expedite our processing time.

If your tracking number shows as "delivered", but you do not have your order. Please contact USPS to file a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any help with items marked as "delivered".

If you receive your order, and it has been damaged in transit, please send a picture of the damaged product and a replacement will be sent out. We do our best to package the products as securely as possible and even add multiple FRAGILE stickers on the exterior. But, pkgs can still be damaged in-transit. Please understand we are also unhappy about damaged products. Unfortunately, we have no control over items once they leave our studio, but will do our best to get a replacement out quickly. WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED CANDLES LEFT EXPOSED TO SUMMER HEAT CONDITIONS FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME. This will damage them. Please have someone available to receive your order if you are unable to in a timely manner.

Why does my soy candle....

Burn unevenly? Your candle may be burning on an uneven surface or near a draft. Burn with black smoke and a crackling flame? It's time to trim your wick. Your candle has a cotton wick and it is important to trim the wick to approx. 1/4 inch before each burn. Tunnel? Candles have memories. It's important to burn your candle until the entire melt pool reaches across the surface of the candle. Look bumpy and porous when it cools or look poured unevenly through the jar? This is a feature of using 100% soy wax. This is a natural process and does not affect the performance of your candle. Reach out for more details about Frosting. Have a yellow tint? This is normal with some phthalate fee fragrance oils and will not affect your candle.

Keep your soy candle out of direct sunlight to avoid wax separation. Due to the nature of soy, some container/wax separation may be normal with temperature changes but will not affect the scent of your candle. These are hand-poured candles, not mass produced and poured by machines and individual imperfections will exist.
The labels are also not applied by machines, but by people. We strive for consistency and perfection, but yet we are human. This is a handmade platform, and your support is truly appreciated. Please keep in mind that you are purchasing a candle and supporting a small business. Please contact us immediately if you are unhappy with your order.

For best results, trim your candle wick before each burn to 1/2 inch above the wax, after the first burn. Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time to prevent wick mushrooming and soot build-up that can shorten the life span of your candle. Please burn responsibly and adhere to the warning label, located on the bottom of your candle.
