CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED ORDERS Can I request a custom design? Yes! Please message me with your idea before ordering. I can embroider custom wording, logos, pet portraits and other designs onto a range of products. I’ll confirm what is possible and advise you of any additional design charges. HOW DO I PERSONALISE MY ORDER? Enter the required name, wording or other details in the personalisation box on the listing. Please check all spelling carefully, as your embroidery will be created using the information supplied with your order.

CAN YOU EMBROIDER MY BUSINESS LOGO? Yes. Please send a clear copy of your logo through Etsy Messages before ordering. Logos may require digitising before they can be embroidered, and an additional digitising fee may apply depending on the design. WHAT IF I ENTER THE WRONG PERSONALISATION? Please check names, dates and wording carefully before ordering. Your item will be embroidered exactly as submitted. Contact me immediately if you notice a mistake, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started. CAN I SEE A MOCK-UP BEFORE EMBROIDERY? A digital mock-up can be requested when placing your order. Please note that production will not begin until the design has been approved, so delayed replies may affect the dispatch date.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE? The current processing time is shown on each listing. Personalised and custom orders are made especially for you and may take longer during busy periods. Your estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED? UK orders are normally sent using a tracked delivery service. Tracking information will be added to your Etsy order once dispatched. International delivery times vary, and customs delays are outside my control.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? Please contact me as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations can only be accepted before work has started. Once your personalised item has entered production, it may no longer be possible to alter or cancel it. CAN PERSONALISED ITEMS BE RETURNED? Items made to your specifications cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please contact me through Etsy Messages if there is a problem so I can help resolve it.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY EMBROIDERED ITEM? Please follow the care instructions included in the relevant listing or on the garment label. Wash gently at the recommended temperature, avoid bleach and do not iron directly over the embroidery.

WILL THE COLOURS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE SCREEN? Colours can vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting and the product batch. Embroidery thread and garment colours may therefore look a little different in person. HOW DO I SEND MY PET PHOTO? Please send your photograph through Etsy Messages after ordering. Clear, well-lit photographs taken from the front work best. Avoid blurry pictures, filters, screenshots or photographs where part of your pet’s face is hidden.
