Cancellation and returns

We understand that unexpected situations can occur and strive to guarantee your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund. However, if the product has already been manufactured, only 50% of the item's cost will be refunded to cover production expenses. If the item is damaged, incorrect in color, or incorrect in type, we do accept returns or exchanges. Please note that buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in its original condition.

We believe it's important for you to stay informed about the progress of your order. Therefore, we will provide Etsy with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Etsy will then send you an email notification containing the tracking number. The Mustang lighted wall art exceeded my expectations. I didn’t realize that the lighting is actually a strip of lights that allows you to select from multiple lighting colors either fixed or in motion, meaning the lighting color can be set to change every 15 seconds or so. The item was shipped to me in the U.S. and was incredibly well packaged to prevent damage. The plug attached to the art is what is used in Ukraine, but an adapter for use in the U.S. was included as was an extra battery for the remote control. I purchased this as a gift for a gentleman to hang in his man-cave. He recently purchased a Mustang, which is a car he’s wanted for a very long time. This item will please him immensely.
