—Shipping—
👉Packages are shipped via USPS First Class (Est. delivery time 3-5 business days).
👉Upgrading to Priority Mail and Priority Express shipping is available at checkout.
👉An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times count from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
👉No shipment on Saturday and Sunday.
👉Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
👉We will ship the items to Etsy's Address. If you want to change your address for any reason, please contact us prior to ordering or within 12 HOURS after the order.

—REFUND—
Since all items are customized for each customer, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless it is a mistake on our side. We will refund or replace the item if there is a mistake on our part. In such a case, please send us proof. (A photo will work).
You will be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
