We can customize and personalize pretty much any of our shirts. In fact, I love custom requests. I think it's what makes Etsy so awesome. So, send me your requests and let's get something special created just for you!

✨What’s your return/refund policy?

- We will support you to return if there is any problem from manufacturing defect - If your item has any problem from production, please DON'T wash it, then take a photo of the damage/ fault, and contact us within 24 hours for a solution! - Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please message us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you - Our refund/exchange time frame is 14 days from the date of delivery. We won't handle a case if the time frame is exceeded.

✨Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. You can cancel it during this time. If 1 hour has passed, it means we've received and processed your order, and it can no longer be canceled.

✨What Should I Do if I Received a Wrong/Damaged Product?

We apologize if the product you received is damaged. Please message us within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any relevant details. We'll work with you to find the best solution.

✨Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

- We accept size/color change requests if the order is not in production. - Check our sizing charts in the product pictures. If you receive the wrong size, we'll exchange or refund it.

✨How do I request a change on a customized product?

- Specify your editing request in the personalization section or send us a message. -For simpler designs, we send the demo and proceed with production immediately. - For complex requirements, we'll send a demo for your approval within 1 day. If we don't receive a response, we'll proceed with the nearest design to keep up with the schedule. - If no specific notes are added, default colors will be used for letters/designs.

✨What does "Made To Order" mean? How is my order made?

- All our products are printed on demand, meaning they're printed only when you order them. - We use a direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method, where the design is printed directly onto the fabric. DTG inks are eco-friendly and water-based.

✨My package is lost!

- If your package is lost in transit, contact us for assistance. If it's marked as delivered, contact your local shipping carrier. Selecting the “Signature Required” option at checkout is recommended for safe delivery. Once delivered, we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

- We do not offer gift wrapping or gift messages.

- Wash inside out in cold/warm water on a delicate cycle.
- Do not Bleach or Tumble Dry
- Products are pre-shrunk but may shrink slightly after washing.
-Turn product inside out before washing.

💥III. USEFUL INFORMATION
- Relaxed fit; Size up for an oversized look.
- Sizing has a tolerance of +/- 1 inch.
- Product color may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.
- If you are unsure about the coloring, please refer to our mockup photos on each listing.
- Graphics may not match with some shirt colors, this causes the design to not be visible on the shirt. So we advise you to consider carefully before choosing a shirt color. If the design is too subdued on the color of the shirt you purchased, we will adjust it to create the best finished product.
- Please be aware that the design on the front-side of our hoodies is smaller than the front-side on other shirts due to pocket placement and the design will be placed above the pocket. Kindly consider this when placing your order.
