WHAT IS 40PT TRIPLE LAYERED cotton paper: This is a premium super thick stock which is 3 times the thickness of standard stocks available in the market. If you are looking for a high quality uncoated white stock, this is it! It is three stocks of thickness of 14PT , very thick! It portrays old world craftsmanship with modern class. Letterpress on cotton exemplifies handcrafted and luxurious works of art.

LETTERPRESS : Letterpress is a relief process, where inks are pressed on to the paper, and it looks indented. There is no impression on the backside as we are using a premium high quality thick cotton stock, 40pt or approx 600gsm weight. Add elegance and uniqueness to your business cards with this timeless and traditional letter press effect!
Application of letterpress with the same color on both sides is possible, we can do many color inks, please contact printforbrands [!at] gmail.com for ink options. Blind letterpress is also applicable(no color).

METALLIC FOIL EDGES : Yes, we can add these in all metallic foil colors! Please let me know what color you need, and we will send you the additional charge.

WHAT IS EMBOSS/DEBOSS? We are able to press these cards to produce unique impressions as per your artwork, we can emboss or deboss for a separate charge. Note that embossing will produce an impression on the backside(looks like deboss on the back). Letterpress does not show up on the backside! You may choose most colored inks for letterpress, and combine with metallic foil color of your choice. If you want to add different foil color on front and back, please get in touch at printforbrands [!at] gmail.com.

ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS: We need your artwork to be in vector file format, PDF, AI, SVG are best for printing. We need 0.125" inch bleeds for full bleed designs. Total size of business card needs to be 92mmx52mm, it will be trimmed to 90mmx50mm size. We need a separate layers to indicate foil/ letterpress/emboss/deboss, vectors are recommended. Do not use shadows, glows or grayscale images. Printing Full Coverage CMYK on cotton cards will result uneven distribution of ink, due to absorbency of the cotton stock.
