When will my order arrive?

I aim to process and ship your order within 5 business days when possible. UK mail is sent by 1st class mail and normally arrives within 1 to 2 days but may take longer, please allow up to 2 weeks. For a guaranteed delivery date, select the tracked option (UK ONLY). International orders delivery aim is 5/9 working days after processing but please allow up to 4 weeks before asking me to investigate. I cannot guarantee a delivery date as it is outside my control once shipped. Standard shipping may not have a tracking number so choose the tracked option if you want a tracking number and ability to track the progress.

If you would like an item in my shop in a different colour, slightly different or you would like a sold out item please ask, I'll always try to help. Custom orders may take longer if I need to order additional supplies or colors

Expedited shipping outside the UK

If you need your order quickly and you are outside the United Kingdom the only guaranteed delivery date service is to use a courier such as UPS, which will normally cost in the region of £40.00+ UK. They can normally deliver worldwide within 3 to 5 days. Message me for a quoted price as they are variable unlike the standard and tracked shipping options via the postal service offered.

All my items are handmade to order so I can't always accept returns as standard, however if you have any problems you can message me and request an individual return.

This is a lightweight and comfortable to wear fascinator which stays in place with a flexible headband so it won’t dig in; you won’t need any extra accessories to wear other than the provided headband but you could add 2 crossed over bobby pins on the band if you wish or if you’re in a particularly windy environment.
Hat is styled to the right but could also be worn to left.

I send in protective tissue and bubble wrap. The headband is removable for easy transportation.
