Letterpress wedding invitations with a custom venue drawing of your wedding venue blind pressed into thick with cotton card. Each invitation is pressed individually on our 120 year old letterpress. Each ink is mixed by hand and we use the finest heavy cotton paper and premium card stocks.

Samples are selected at random from what we have in the archive, and may not reflect the design shown in the listing. Our samples are designed to show the quality, card weight and letterpress finish. If you have a preference on which samples or finishes you'd like to receive, please add it to your order notes and we'll do our best to include something like it.


Personalising & Ordering a Full Suite

To place a full order simply message us with how many invitations you need, and we'll give you prices and a link to place your order.

Once your order is placed, we'll send over a link to our wording form so you can provide all the wording and details for your design proofs and mockups.

When you've approved your proofs (with no limit on rounds of edits), we'll proceed to print.

PROCESS
⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘

1. ORDER Place your order online via Etsy by selecting the quantity you need. Please make sure you've checked over our terms and policies.

2. DESIGN Once we've received your order, we'll message you to say hello and send you a link to our booking form where you can enter your wording, design notes, and upload your guest address spreadsheet. Once we have those, we can proceed to designing your proofs and design mockups.

3. EDITS If you need to make any edits to the design, just let us know. We don’t limit the number of edits you can request - we want you to be 100% happy.

4. APPROVAL Once you approve the design, we'll proceed to manufacturing your printing plates, and begin the printing phase of your order. Once you've approved the design, any further edits or reprints will incur a charge.

5. SHIPPING Once printed, we'll carefully package and dispatch your order for delivery, all tracked for your peace of mind.


CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Cancellations for full refunds can only be processed before any work has started on your order.

Cancellations requested after design work has begun. But before the design is approved, will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations requested after you have approved your design to be printed cannot be refunded unless you cancel before we’ve manufactured your printing plates. In such a case, you will receive a 50% refund.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us quickly as possible.

As most of our products are personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns on any items except non-personalised samples.

You are responsible for checking all spelling, dates and details are correct before approving your design to be printed.

Design changes requested after your plates have been manufactured, but prior to printing, will incur a fee of £75/$100 per replacement plate.

Re-prints due to spelling errors approved by you, or any other design changes will be charged in full, unless the fault is ours, in which case we would reprint free of charge.

Physical proofs are not sent, only digital proofs via Etsy messages or email.


COLOUR
⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘

We cannot accurately match to a colour we've seen on screen because this varies by device, but we do mix to formulas of Pantone colours chosen from the Pantone Swatch Book. Colour in digital proofs is not necessarily a true representation of the final printed colour, again, due to devise variations. Due to the nature of letterpress, no two prints are 100% identical and our papers are cut by hand and printed manually, so slight variations in colour are perfectly normal.
