Damaged Items Or Missing Parcels

Unfortunately I am not responsible for loss or items broken or damaged by the postal service but it is usually possible to find a solution. Once you sign for a parcel you have accepted that the contents are in good order so please always open your parcel in front of the delivery person, if the item arrives damaged you should get the delivery person to complete a claim certificate form and photograph the damaged package and the damaged item, and open a claim at the local delivery office as soon as possible. It is important you do this or the insurance provided by the postal service will be invalidated and reimbursement will not be made under any circumstances.

Customs Clearance And Delays

Unfortunately I am not responsible for any parcels held , delayed , seized or lost at the customs and in these cases refunds will not be given under any circumstances although I will do my best to help trace any held or lost parcels . Please check the customs rules and regulations in your country and any state custom rules for any items you purchase to try and avoid any potential problems arising.
