All sticker orders under $50 are shipped USPS First Class Mail with letter tracking - this is essentially a stamp. Tracking on these can only be viewed on Etsy or the Pitney Bowes website (trackpb.shipment.co/track). Often times, the tracking on these is limited and is not always accurate. Orders can frequently show "pre-transit" after they are delivered, or show as "delivered" when the order is still in transit. Please allow 24-48hrs for tracking to update if applicable. Shipping times for USPS First Class Mail is approx. 3-5 business days. I can usually get orders dropped off to USPS in a timely fashion, however, I cannot guarantee delivery times. Orders are dropped off at the post office Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays

Order marked delivered but nowhere to be found?

Unfortunately this happens sometimes - USPS will mark the package as delivered before it reaches your mailbox. Please allow a few days for tracking updates and delivery. Sticker orders are sent in a white 6x9 envelope, so it should be put in the mailbox. Etsy uses a third-party tracking system for all of their orders - you can use your shipping number on this website for tracking: trackpb.shipment.co/track.

Most of our stickers measure from 4-5 inches width - height of the sticker will depend on the design. Need specific measurements? Send me a message and I would be happy to get you further information.

**CARE INSTRUCTIONS**
