Cancellations & Refunds
• A full refund is available within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
• After 24 hours, partial refunds may be possible, but production and shipping costs are non-refundable once work has started.
• Returned items must be sent back at the buyer’s expense and in their original condition.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Because personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for you, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If the package arrives damaged, contact the shipping carrier and let me know as soon as possible. Photos of the parcel and item will be very helpful.

There’s no warehouse or mass production here—each stand is created from scratch just for you after you place an order. It usually takes about 5 days to make your stand, after which I carefully assemble, inspect, and package it before shipping. However, production times may be longer depending on how many orders I’ve recently received. If you need it by a specific date, please feel free to let me know – I’ll do my best to accommodate!
