What happens if I accidentally order the wrong phone case size?

Please note that my products are made to order specifically for each customer. As a result of this personalised process, I regret to inform you that returns or exchanges are not available if you order the wrong size. Please double-check your phone model via your phone's settings before placing the order.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

If there are any issues with your order, please contact me within 30 days of product delivery.

Do you use AI in your design creation process?

Some phone case designs may incorporate AI-assisted artwork as part of the creative process.

EU consumer regulations regarding returns

Under EU Consumer Rights laws, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receiving the item. After the 14-day period has passed, the right to cancel no longer applies, and returns are no longer required by law unless the item is faulty or not as described. If request falls outside of this timeframe, I’m unfortunately unable to accept the return.
