By purchasing any of my digital downloads you acknowledge that you are purchasing a license to use my work for personal use OR small commercial purposes. WHAT YOU CAN DO 1. You can make as many things as you want for your personal use, gifts, etc. 2. You can use the digital patterns to create PHYSICAL products that you sell on Etsy, Amazon, at craft fairs, etc. Quantities of 200 or less (or contact me if you want to discuss an exception) - not sold to or through retail stores with more than 3 locations. WHAT YOU CAN'T DO You can NOT share, give away or distribute the digital patterns in any way - free or paid. You can make and sell physical items - see section above for details.

COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS

Respecting Intellectual Property (IP) rights is very important to me - I don't want people mis-using my creative work and don't want to tread on the IP of others. If you are a copyright or trademark owner and believe I've used one of your IPs please let me know and I will rectify it immediately. I try to do everything I can to research and respect IP but sometimes I miss something (that whole "I'm human" thing...) Some common requests that I don't do for this reason include: • Disney, Marvel, Harry Potter or any other TV Show or Movie Characters/Quotes • Professional Sports Teams • Quotes that aren't in the public domain (which generally means quotes by people who didn't die before 1923 or books/movies not published before 1923)

I write all of my patterns and sew at least one sample of everything. Some lifestyle images and photos may use AI to adjust fabric on the item or place them in scenes.

UNFORTUNATELY I DON'T SELL IN THE EU OR NORTHERN IRELAND

Because of the many requirements of GSPR regulations in the EU and Northern Ireland, it is unfortunately cost prohibitive for my small business. I regret not being able to serve customers in these areas.
