Our shipping is a two step process. We are international, we are located in Mexico. We ship once a week a community box of individual packages via FedEx to the USA. My daughter receives it and processes the packages (which are all ready to ship) and places them in USPS Mail (unless we agreed to ship it differently). So while your items travel via FedEx it does not have tracking but once in the USA it will be updated with USPS tracking. This makes it much faster and more efficient.

If your order is our regular items in our shop with simple holes/or without holes it should be rather fast, 4 to 5 days. If your item is custom with lots of holes or something we do not offer it can take a tad longer, 6 to 7 days. If it is a very custom items, your own design, something complicated it can take more time, 10 days, 2 weeks or even longer in the case of a special cutter being made. We want to get your order done as fast as possible, so believe me, we will work hard on it. This is inclusive of shipping which is a separate matter and while we ship as fast as possible it is still a two step process. Check the FAQ for more answers.

Yes we can. It is not easy though. It takes time to make a custom item, if we are allowed to take the time needed to do a good job you will be happier. If you rush us it might not be as nice. Also we offer direct FedEx shipping which costs $$$. But we cannot do miracles. Please be patient, we do sometimes run into issues and we want to please. We do our best but it is better to let us do this as fast as we can. We do work hard.

No, our Metals (Brass, Bronze, Nickel Silver, Sterling Silver, Copper) does not contain lead.

We make our metal, yes, we make the bar, then we laminate it to the proper caliber weight, then we polish it, clean it up, cut it into the shape, file edges, etc....I think you get the idea! It is alot of work. So please be patient. I can't stress this enough. We are not a factory but a small workshop so each order is processed with care and it takes time. If you order Sterling Silver items it takes longer than other metals. Not alot, but it does take a bit more time. We hope you understand! We love our customers!

I believe if people are given a chance & teach them a trade, help them make a decent living, that they will be happy & fullfill their needs. This is just what I do. We are a small workshop where I, Laura teach people a trade and they thus work at it and make a fair living. We are not a factory. We try hard, we are human, and not perfect but we love our customers! The situation here is difficult. There is no work. I had knowledge and ability so I decided to use it to help this little village. So the 25 families (give or take) truly depend on our store to survive. We work together as a cooperative group.
