You can buy ready-made products in this store. As for personal orders... well, write to me and we will discuss whether it will be possible to realize your idea with my hands. 😉

If the package is lost during delivery

When I send my product, I get a track number that I transmit to you. Further tracking of the package lies with the buyer. I always send parcels only by Ukrposhta via air flight. If your package gets lost during the shipping process, please contact me. For my part, I will contact my delivery service and do my best to find the package. If the package is lost irretrievably, I will have to return the full cost of the product to the buyer. So, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Regarding the delivery address and discounts

I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information. I do not offer discounts because all my products are handmade products and it takes a long time to create them.

Regarding delivery to a specific date

The buyer is responsible for deliberate decision-making on this order. If there are time limits, the buyer should carefully study the issue of delivery times and decide whether he is ready for the package to arrive after the deadline.

Each item I sell is carefully described and photographed so that you, as a buyer, know what you are purchasing. However, if you find the product to be faulty or not looking as described I will do my best to work with a buyer. But in any case, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs is included in the price of the product, but I cannot cover the return costs. After the deduction of cost I made with regards to the sale I will refund after I receive the item back in the same condition I have sent out.Refunds are made net of commission and taxes.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. The customs could hold a package for inspection. Therefore, keep in mind that international orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. Feel free to contact me for more details. So please be aware of your own country import law. Costs charged due to import laws are buyer’s responsibility.

If item has been damaged during delivery

This is unlikely since I pack my products very well. I can guarantee the safety of the parcel even in extreme situations (except for falling from a very large height). I never skimp on packing materials. But if, nevertheless, the parcel arrives damaged, and the product is broken - please do NOT discard the packaging and please send me a receipt so that I may report it to the carrier and request an inspection of the parcel. A claim will then be filed for compensation. In order to file an insurance claim, photos must be taken of the inner & outer packaging and item's damage.

If item has been damaged during delivery (2)

I will repair the product as free of charge as possible. It depends on the degree of damage. However, delivery and postage of the product in both directions is at the expense of the buyer. Please be aware that you may be subject to additional charges such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are buyer's responsibility. You may check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be.
