Original Oil Painting, Hand Painted from Blank
Title: Pink, Red, Purple Gladiolus
Medium: Oil painting on canvas
Size: 8 * 24 inches, 7/8 inch depth
Note: stretched canvas, ready to hang on your wall.
____________
✅ Handcrafted Original: This original oil painting is a unique creation starting from a blank surface, capturing delicate Gladiolus flowers of various red, pink purple shades, grown in my own garden.

✅ Twin Canvases: Pair this with my other gladiolus painting for maximum impact—perfect for creating a stunning duo on your wall. https://www.etsy.com/listing/1769981986/original-gladiolus-oil-painting-floral

✅ Painted From Life: Every brushstroke is a deliberate effort to convey the beauty I witness in real life setup, ringing an authentic and vibrant presence to the artwork.

✅ Inspired by the Master: Drawing inspiration from the works of Henri Fantin-Latour, I’ve employed a multi-layered approach with impasto and glazing techniques to emulate the depth and texture of his famous floral pieces. This method requires a significant investment of time to achieve the depth and complexity that make it truly unique.

✿ More Details ✿

☝ Archival Quality: Meticulously prepared to ensure its longevity. I apply at least five additional coats of gesso over the store-bought canvas, enhancing its durability and ensuring that this piece is built to stand the test of time.

☝ Professional Materials: I use only the finest artist-grade oil paints, known for their durability and rich color. My preferred brands include Michael Harding, Old Holland, and Winsor & Newton, which offer unmatched depth and vibrancy that prints or mass produced art cannot match.

☝ Framing Options: A sawtooth hanger (or wire) is installed on the back, making it ready to hang on your wall.

☝ Tracking: Every package will be shipped with a tracking number so you can follow its journey from my studio to your doorstep.

Thanks for visiting! I'm a largely self-taught oil painter based in Edmonton, Canada. My first "paintings" were made with my mother's lipsticks when I was a kid. I've been drawing and painting ever since.

Through workshops and long hours in museums, I keep learning from the Old Masters, and I bring their impasto and glazing techniques to every piece I paint. Nature is my greatest source of inspiration. I'm drawn to quiet, beautiful things.
