Do you offer custom-made rings?

Yes! We offer fully customized ring services and can create a ring based on your inspiration photos or ideas. The metal type and color, ring size, gemstones, stone shapes, setting, band width, and other design details can all be customized to your preferences. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your design, and we’ll be happy to help bring your idea to life.

Can the wedding band be customized to fit my engagement ring?

Yes. Our open and curved wedding bands can be customized to complement the shape and setting of your engagement ring. After ordering, please send us clear photos of your ring from the top, front, and side, along with any available measurements. We can then adjust the opening, curve, height, and other details for a better fit.

How long will it take to make and ship my ring?

Our rings are made to order and usually take approximately 3 weeks to complete. Shipping generally takes about 1 week, depending on the destination and carrier. If you need the ring by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the timeline is possible.

Do you offer rush service?

Yes, rush service is available for many of our designs for an additional fee. The available turnaround time depends on the ring design, materials, customization requirements, and delivery destination. Please contact us before ordering with your required delivery date, and we will confirm the available options.

Do you offer engraving?

Yes, we offer personalized engraving on many of our rings. You may choose a name, initials, date, or a short meaningful message. Engraving availability and character limits depend on the ring’s width and design, so please contact us before ordering to confirm that your requested engraving will fit.

What is your return, exchange, and cancellation policy?

Non-customized rings may be returned or exchanged free of charge within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and returned in their original condition. Customized, personalized, engraved, or specially made rings are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Are your rings solid gold or gold plated?

Our 9K, 10K, 14K, and 18K gold rings are made from solid gold—they are not gold plated. We offer yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold options. Our white gold rings are generally rhodium plated to give them a bright white finish.

Can I see a CAD design before purchasing?

Yes! We can provide a complimentary CAD design for custom rings and for curved or open wedding bands before you place your order. Please send us clear photos and available measurements of your engagement ring, along with your preferred metal, ring size, stones, and design details. We can then create a CAD preview for you to review.

Do you offer a warranty or repair service?

Yes. Our rings include a one-year warranty covering manufacturing-related issues, such as a loose prong or stone loss that is not caused by accidental damage or improper wear. Damage caused by impact, bending, misuse, normal wear and tear, or work performed by another jeweler is not covered. If you experience any issue with your ring, please contact us with clear photos so we can review it and recommend the best solution.

Do lab-grown diamonds come with a certificate?

Small lab-grown accent diamonds generally do not include individual certificates. Larger lab-grown center diamonds will include an IGI certificate where applicable. If certification is important to you, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the certification details for your selected stone.
