Gift wrapping and packaging

I am not able to offer gift wrapping or gift messages with orders at this time, sorry!

Production takes 1-5 business days for most items in my shop. Only after that point will the item be shipped, from there shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 7-10 days after production. If you need a shirt by a certain date please order at least 14 days in advance (US orders). Express shipping is available for an additional fee on some items, but not all. Choosing this option at checkout means a 2-3 business day delivery time AFTER 1-5 days in production. I am not able to offer overnight or next day shipping at this time, sorry! Express shipping is not available for international customers. I CANNOT guarantee shipping by any specific date. Your best option is to order early.

Due to the made-to-order nature of my designs, returns and exchanges are not available unless an item arrives damaged. An item is created only once it is ordered. Creating this way helps reduce production costs and is more sustainable! 🌎 If your order arrives damaged, please contact me about a replacement order.

Orders with multiple items

If you order multiple items, they will ship as produced and therefore may arrive in separate packages. You can check your Etsy Purchases page in your account for updated tracking on your packages, or reach out to me and I can provide additional tracking if you are unable to find it for one of your items.

Garment printing & quality

T-shirts and crewnecks are direct-to-garment printed. They are not vinyl printed or appliqué. Images on the listings are mockups, you can expect some slight variation in the sizing of the design and the intensity of the colors. For sizes greater than L, designs are NOT scaled up proportionally to the shirt dimensions, so they may appear smaller. Comfort Colors shirts in my shop have a bit of a vintage/washed quality to both the fabric and designs. Some slight fading is expected over time as you wear and wash the shirt. I use a printing company to print the shirts and ship them to you. If something looks wrong with your item's quality, please contact me and I will do my best to make it right.

If you've ordered a digital print or item from my shop, here's how to access it: -If you have an Etsy account, go to your Etsy Purchases from a DESKTOP BROWSER. You cannot download the files from the Etsy app or mobile browser due to an Etsy limitation. -If you do not have an Etsy account, check the email associated with your order. (If you signed in via apple ID, this may be an iCloud email address!) You will have received an email from Etsy saying that your files are ready for download. -Download the attached PDF file. This will contain the links to access your files, usually via Google Drive folder. Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns! :)

For items that are non-embroidery designs, it's best to wash them INSIDE OUT in cold water, and tumble dry on low or lay flat/hang dry. Do NOT iron the design, and do not dry clean. Some fading is expected with washing and wear, and adds to the vintage, lived-in feel of your shirt.
