Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

There are no refunds after purchase due to the digital nature of the products.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount

What is a mockup file?

A mockup file is a digital image file that you can edit by using computer software such as Photoshop, Canva, Design Space and other photo editing softwares. Our Mockup files are Flat JPG files and will not have any of our watermark or design on the actual images you'll receive so you can easily just add your own designs on it. What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.

Do I need to have a Canva Account?

For a template that is editable, Yes, you will need to signup with Canva to be able to access & edit templates that are purchased. You can sign up for Free or Pro.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ORDER

To access your digital files from your account: Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. Go to Purchases and reviews. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item. There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

What are the terms of use?

Personal and Commercial use allowed. By purchasing this design you are licensing the rights to print on finished products only! *You are NOT allowed to share, sell or alter my designs as digital downloads in anyway.

Can we use your mock-ups for our own shop?

No, this is strictly prohibited. These mock-ups have been purchased here on Etsy, they are in no way to be shared. If you see a mock-up you like and want to use please message me and I will send you shop link to that mock-up! Thanks!

How to download your digital file:

When you purchase this listing, be aware that you are purchasing an instant download.
An email will be sent to your Etsy email address, which will contain your download links.
Watermarks are removed on purchased files.

Once your payment has been processed, go to "Your Account" at the top right corner, then click "Purchases & Reviews". From here you will be able to download all available files.

You’ll also receive an email from Etsy where you can download your files by selecting the "View your Files on Etsy" link or button. If the email is not in your inbox, please check the spam folder.
There will be no watermarks on your designs once purchased.
