Reviews for this item
Seem like okay quality. The texture of it was a bit different than what I normally buy.But the chinchillas didn't seem to mind
The item met my expectations.
My 2 babies just love there dust baths and the quality of this product was amazing. And I loved the note from the saler. It was so sweet. I will be ordering form her more in the future ❤️
I received the item a few days sooner than expected yet I wasn't able to use the Chin Dust I ordered because my little girl passed away unexpectedly. I read that no refunds are issued but I did contact customer service to find out if it'd be possible under the circumstances. Annie who runs the company, replied right away to let me know that she'd respectfully refund my order minus the shipping which I am grateful for. I will plan on donating the chin dust to someone who can appreciate it & use it. Thank you again, Annie ❤️❤️
