Damaged/Faulty Items/Errors: Please contact me if there is damage, faulty parts, or seller error within 2 days of receipt; a photo will be helpful, and will be required prior to a replacement being sent or a refund. If you would prefer a refund, the item must be returned. If an insurance claim needs to be filed, you may also be required to fill out and sign an affidavit.

Returns: Return shipping is at your expense and the item must be received within 10 days in undamaged condition (extended for international customers). Item must be sent back unworn in its original condition and in the jewelry gift box it was shipped in. For non-personalized items, the refund will be for the purchased price. Personalized items will be refunded the purchase price minus a 25% personalization fee (please note that most Etsy sellers and retailers will NOT refund personalized items due to the inability to resell the item without alterations). Exception: Items personalized with a name or word that is not shown in the listing are not eligible for returns. I'm sorry, but shipping fees and rush fees will not be refunded. For US orders, a shipping fee of $4.50 is included in the purchase price of both non-personalized and personalized items that will not be refunded. Tracking or proof of shipment for the return package is advised. If I do not receive the item back and neither of these can be provided, a refund can not be processed.
