We ship all orders Monday thru Friday. Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F) of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 1PM CT on Friday, it will be shipped the following week. Note processing times may take longer during holiday seasons and specific sales. Here are three handy tips for shipping: Before confirming your order, make sure your shipping address is correct. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information; please check your spam folder. Always plan ahead so your delivery arrives at the correct address in a timely manner, especially during holidays! Remember that mail carriers do not count Sunday or holidays as delivery dates.

Shipping Timing Worldwide:

We ship every day the mail is running, so your package will go out quickly. In the US, standard delivery takes about 3-6 business days. Canada, Europe, and Asia take about 10-21 business days. Everywhere else takes at least three weeks, and sometimes up to twelve weeks. You can choose to upgrade your shipping in the dropdown menu to receive a faster delivery time. Please note, for all international orders we are seeing the above dates move out with Covid-19 to about 8-12 weeks.

Lost, Stolen, Wrong Address Packages and Insurance:

We package your order and hand it to a third party delivery service, such as the US Post Office, who then delivers your package based on your shipping address and carrier selection at checkout. If your package is lost or stolen by the carrier, or shipped to a wrong address provided by you, Mojo does not take responsibility for replacements or refunds. All shipping claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with. Please contact us if you would like to add insurance to any package.

International Shipping, Taxes and Duties:

We offer international shipping via USPS to most countries. Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.

Returns and Exchanges:

We are committed to your satisfaction. Please contact us within 21 days of the delivery date and we will give you return instructions. When we receive your return, we will promptly refund the price of the items excluding the shipping cost. Please note, cut unfinished chain and cut wire are not returnable. At this time, we do not offer exchanges but we will promptly process your return so you can order what you want. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit on the way to our facilities; please consider adding insurance to your package and keep the tracking number so we can monitor the status should any delivery service have delays.

Jewelry Care By Material:

Solid gold jewelry is a great investment if you’re looking for pieces that will last a lifetime and maintain their color. At Mojo, we offer several fine jewelry pieces all made of 14k gold in the USA. To maintain their shine and luster, follow the General Jewelry Care Tips below. You can also gently clean your solid gold pieces with water and mild hand soap. Fashion jewelry, including plated, gold filled, and sterling silver pieces, offers a great balance of high style and affordability but requires extra care. It’s important to remember these are not solid gold pieces and require the General Jewelry Care Tips below to help them last as long as possible.

General Jewelry Care Tips:

Remove your jewelry before washing your hands, exercising, showering, or swimming. Avoid harsh chemicals found in cleaning agents and common beauty products like perfumes, makeup, hairspray, and sunscreen to help maintain the color and shine. Removing your jewelry before sleep and storing it in an airtight container will also help it last longer. Use a soft cleaning cloth after wearing to remove makeup, dirt, and your body’s natural oils. Do not use jewelry cleaners or polishes because they often contain harsh chemicals that can degrade the luster over time.

If there is a design or custom charm you want to create, send us a note and pictures of what you have in mind and we will go from there. Keep in mind this requires an order quantity of 100 pieces to start.

These chains, available in 4 styles, are made of highly durable stainless steel, and have been Physical Vapor Deposition or PVD coated. PVD coatings are much thicker and longer lasting than standard plating methods. In fact, all the stainless steel jewelry you see at Mojo is authentic PVD! It's one of our favorite and most recommended products for permanent jewelry due to it's longevity and sustainability.

Our dropdown menu offers options to buy 1 single foot, a sampler 1 foot piece of all the chains, or ways to buy in bulk. There is also a starter pack option of 12 feet or 24 feet for those starting a business. With that option, you still get the bulk savings while getting 3 feet of the chains you select.

Maker tip: be sure to grab at least two feet for making any necklace or choker, and at least one foot for making any anklet or bracelet. We recommend 20 gauge jump rings for all of these styles and a link to them is below.

*Note, unfinished chain is final sale and cannot be returned once we cut it from the spool for your order.
