Returns and Exchanges

Since each item is made to order just for you, we cannot accept exchanges and/or returns. If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us right away within 7 days of delivery with pictures of the defect. Please double check your shipping information when placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or due to a package refusal, we will ask you to be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Custom and personalized orders

Please make sure that the personalization box is completed prior to adding the item to your cart. If you have any questions or specific requests regarding your customization please contact us prior to purchase. After purchase, a design preview may be provided upon request. Please note that requests for a design preview may delay production time.

Ordering multiple items

Please add all items to your cart separately with before completing the checkout process. Items in your order may arrive in separate shipments from our print provider(s).

Gift wrapping and packaging

We are not able to include gift messages at this time (hopefully in the future!). Marking your order as a gift will ensure that no pricing information is included in the packaging. If you'd like a gift message we recommend sending a note separately to your recipient.

Please refer to the sizing guide located in the photo section of each listing. All shirts are unisex and run true to size. See the item description for more details.

-SIZING AND FIT-
- Unisex Sizing. Please compare measurements against our Sizing Guide for your perfect fit.
- To determine your size, lay your favorite shirt on a flat surface
- Measure the distance from armpit to armpit and compare your measurement to the size chart.
- For an oversized or dress look, please size up 2-3 sizes.

-WASHING INSTRUCTIONS-
-Wash inside out, in cold water, on gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or let air dry.
-Do not use fabric softeners or bleach
-Do not dry clean
-Avoid ironing on the design

-STORE POLICIES-

-All items are made to order and will ship within one week from one of our printing partners.
-Since our merchandise is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
-If you have any quality issues with your order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
- On occasion, there may be issues with shipping services. If you have not received your order in the expected time frame, please let us know as soon as possible.
-At this time, we are unable to offer gift messaging, gift wrapping, or notes. Consider sending a separate card or note if you are shipping a gift directly to your recipient.
