What is your return policy?

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after receiving the product. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed our error are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue, please contact us! Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

What happens if there's an issue with the shipping address?
