OMG! I am so ecstatic withhi i Alice! She has given superb customer service! I ordered my dreads during holiday season intensity. USPS conveniently lost my dreads and in a separate order my dreads solid shampoo. Alice called USPS and they finally found my orders had fell off a machine down behind the machine. So Thanks to Alice, almost an entire month after order was placed I received a my dreads! They are SO GORGEOUS!!! Im scheduled to have them installed on Feb 21st!!! Can't wait! THANK YOU ALICE!!! This set caught my eyes and I just couldn't resist getting them! The items looks almost identical to the listed photos. *I have a filter on my phone which alters colors a bit* but the colors are so vibrant and gorgeous. They are exactly as i expected them to by color wise. The quality of the dreads are amazing. There are cute details to them as well, one of them had beads of my initial which is a really sweet touch! They are super comfortable. I've received so many compliments on them! I definitely recommend this dread set.
