The item is as described. After using the included tightening materials the fangs were snug enough to stay in place easily, and were not too difficult to remove. It takes some adjustment to get used to speaking clearly with them in place as I was not able to fully close my mouth.
Love these. You can’t eat or close your mouth but I suppose that’s a given. Super cool!
