Custom and personalized orders

Custom Orders- When you request a custom order, a custom listing will be created. This listing must be purchased before any work is done on your order. Custom Orders are non-returnable unless there is a defect in the item itself. This must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

We are glad to help resolve any issue with your order. Please contact us via Etsy Messages with the issue at hand and we will resolve it the best we can! Our orders are shipped directly from our printer and occasionally errors can occur. If the design does not look right or doesn't match the listing photo, please send us a message with a clear photo of the product within 2 weeks of receiving your item. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if there is a print error we will send you out a replacement immediately.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

All packages have been assigned tracking numbers. Use this to verify where your package is. We suggest checking with your neighbors to see if your item was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. USPS Orders: If your package has been marked "delivered" or you haven't received per the estimated shipping date - after 7 days, please open a case with the USPS. You can do this at the following link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm Some items may be eligible for a replacement or refund once you've taken the above steps. Please contact me for more information. IMPORTANT: Orders will not be eligible for replacement or refund once 30 days has passed from the day the order should have been received per the tracking.

Your product just went on sale, can you honor the sale price on the same item I purchased before the sale?

We are always adjusting our prices based on demand/capacity, raw material costs, competition and trends in the marketplace. Because the cost of our materials fluctuates and to stay in business we have to reflect those changes in our retail prices. And because of this we cannot honor retroactive refund requests if you may have paid more prior for your order

My item did not make it in time for my event, can I return it for a refund?

We will make every effort to accommodate rush processing for an event/occasion upon request prior to the submission of an order (additional fees may apply). However, we can only guarantee our part. We have no control over USPS, UPS or FedEx. If your item doesn't make it in time for the event/occasion, we are VERY sorry but there is nothing we can do. We will NOT issue refunds for item that don't arrive in time through no fault of our own.

I accidentally typed in the wrong shipping address. What can I do?

Customers are responsible for entering the correct address to their order. After 3 hours, the address cannot be changed. Any order including misspellings or incorrect shipping addresses due to the customer's error typically will be shipped back to our printing facility. Once we receive the item back to us, it can be reshipped at the customer's expense. Original shipping and item costs will not be refunded.

All shirts are unisex sizing. Please refer to the sizing guide located in the photo section of each listing. For non-apparel items, size specifications will be indicated within the listing description.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We are not able to include gift messages at this time (hopefully in the future!). Pricing information is NOT included in the packaging. If you'd like a gift message we recommend sending a note separately to the recipient.

Printing Method / Care instructions for apparel

Our designs are printed using the highest quality professional direct to garment (DTG) process. Fabric-grade ink is printed directly into the garment and bonds with the fibers. This allows us to achieve a vintage style look on many of our designs, and a feel that is similar to screen-printing (no thick rubbery feel of vinyl) and will not crack or peel. DTG has a slightly different texture than screen printing and you'll still be able to see the individual fibers in shirt compared to a screen print where the print dries on top Will not easily fade as long as the following care instructions are followed - Turn inside out and machine wash cold on delicate cycle - Dry on low heat - Do not bleach or dry clean - Do not iron directly on design
