My package is marked as "delivered," but I haven't received it.

Once packages are marked as "delivered" by USPS, I have no control over them and their location. Please check in with your local post office to see if there was a mistake on their end. You can also check in with nearby neighbors to see if they had received it by mistake. For stolen packages, consider filing a local police report. Refunds or replacements will not be accepted.

I believe my package is lost.

Please review the tracking status. If there have not been any recent USPS updates on your item, I am willing to replace your item free of charge or offer a full refund.

General Care: All products are considered costume jewelry and will not last forever, but, with proper care, you can prolong their life! Take off jewelry while sleeping, swimming, or showering. Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotion, etc. to minimize tarnishing. Place jewelry in airtight storage boxes or baggies to minimize its exposure to the air and reduce oxidation (the process which leads to tarnishing). Wire Earrings: Earrings are bent by hand, so imperfections may be visible and each pair will not be identical. Handle with extreme care to avoid bending the wire. Wear hair up/keep out of way to avoid tangling, and put on earrings after clothing to avoid bending of the wire.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Packaging: All items are sealed and packaged in bubble mailers. Gift packaging: Gift notes will be printed and sent with the item. Items marked as gifts will not include any receipts. Gift packaging is unavailable at this time.

What materials are your products made of? Are your products hypoallergenic?

Item specifics can be found in the description of each listing. Wire jewelry is made with silver/gold plated 18, 20, or 22 gauge wire. Earring hoops are silver plated brass. Earring hooks are made with lead and nickel free zinc alloy, which is not commonly associated with irritation or allergies. Necklaces are made with stainless steel chain or silver/gold plated chain. I am not responsible for any reactions to my products, as all materials are disclosed.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are granted if jewelry is broken UPON ARRIVAL. The buyer is responsible for jewelry once it has been worn and if it breaks. Buyers may also request exchanges for a different color of the exact product they ordered. NOTE: Returned/exchanged jewelry must not have been worn for a full refund. Detailed proof of product condition upon arrival must be provided. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you have changed your mind regarding a purchase once it has shipped, a refund will not be granted.
