Do we offer international shipping?

We can ship international however we do not offer free shipping on international orders and we can only ship to the address provided by Etsy at the time of sale. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, customs, and fees that may be assessed at the destination country. We provide tracking and insurance and buyers are responsible for following the progress of their package to ensure that if the package is delayed at customs in the destination country, they can take action in a timely manner to have the package released. We are not responsible for any deliery delays after shipping or for communications or actions the buyer may have to make/take in the destination country to accept delivery. Can you alter items upon request?

Yes! From simple changes to full custom design and casting, our full shop and master jeweler are experts at handling virtually any and all alterations or custom requests. Alterations are subject to the limitations of the item and the changes requested, please keep in mind some alterations may not be possible on some items due to the structure, components, or limitations of a piece. We will not do alterations that will put the piece at risk for structural failure. Reach out to us before purchasing an item so we may evaluate the item and ensure your requests are possible. There may be a fee depending on the extent of request and the parts/labor required. Alterations may add 1-2 weeks processing time.

Can you do custom design?

Yes we do! Let us turn your jewelry dreams into a reality. Whether you have existing items or stones you want us to remount, reimagine, revitalize, or redesign or you want to create something from scratch, our custom designer is available to help! Send us a message to ask about how you can design or redesign your next piece from scratch with our amazing custom designer and cad/cam specialist! Designs must be in a precious metal.

I have my own stones but I want to use them in something, is that possible?

Absolutely! Custom remounts can be designed by working with our in house custom designer. We are a fully licensed and insured jewelry store that does our work in house and on our own secure premises! You can have confidence that your beloved items are safe with us! Not comfortable sending your items to us? That's ok! Sullivan’s Jewelers opened for business on September 1, 1987 in our previous Middlebury, CT location. It was opened as a family business by John Sullivan, who is a GIA Gemologist as well as having 35 years’ experience in all aspects of the jewelry business, Sister Nancy Sullivan, and John’s wife Kathy. The staff is composed of local residents who have a connection to the community, as well as a Master Goldsmith with over 30 years’ experience.
We continue to provide full jewelry services for our customers, and are well known for our on premises repair service which is usually same day or while you wait. We specialize in all forms of jewelry repair, sales, services, buying, appraising, and we provide free estimates on all jobs.

SIZING POLICY
Free sizing up or down up to two sizes is included on all rings where possible! Please list what size you would like us to make the ring! Size ranges for rings vary. Anything outside +/- 2 sizes, a charge may apply. If changing size, add 1 week processing time. If size is altered on ring, item can’t be returned, only exchanged.

RETURN POLICY
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 30 day money back, 60 day exchange. Rings that have been sized or altered can only be exchanged and not returned.

SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic shipping to the continental US is free via USPS first class mail. We currently do not ship international. Return or exchange shipping will be paid by customer.

ESTATE CONDITION POLICY
All Estate and Vintage jewelry comes in “AS IS” condition. Many of these pieces are vintage or antique, one-of-a-kind, or custom estate pieces. We price accordingly based on condition and wear. All wear and damage will be listed and described accurately. Antique pieces may not be able to be refinished without hurting its’ antique value and as such is kept in original condition. Condition of pieces will be listed and described.
