How long does it take for my item to ship?

If you place your order on Monday to Thursday, we will ship your order out within 24 hours, with the exception of a public holiday. If you place your order on Friday to Sunday, we will ship your order out on the following Monday, also with the exception of a public holiday.

How does long it take for me to receive my item?

If you are based in Australia, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days. If you are based in the US and Canada, please allow 14 business days for your items to arrive. For anywhere else in the world, anywhere from 14 to 21 business is the average shipping time. We do not offer tracked mail so you will not be able to trace your order. Please kindly keep this in mind when you're shopping with us as we will not be able to offer any refunds should your package is lost due to things that are outside of our control.

I want to upgrade to tracked shipping. How can I go about that?

If you are placing a large order and would like to upgrade your shipping to be trackable, please send us a message and we can work out the details. Please note that we do not make anything off of the shipping cost and the price we come up with is a quotation directly from Canada Post. Here's a rough estimate on the cost for tracked shipping: Canada: $10-15 US: $20-35 Rest of the World: $20-40
