What are your returns policy?

Due to items being made to order and personalised I can only accept returns if the product is incorrect or damaged due to no fault of your own. If personalisation has been printed as entered when ordered I an unable to offer returns.

Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of order, this is due to a fast turn around

Will you photograph orders?

I take photographs of almost every order. If any orders contain a photo then I will not use theses for social media.

Who cover's fees due to customs/importing?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
