What if my furniture arrives DAMAGED?

All of our shipments are covered with 100% insurance. In the event of damage during freight transport, we will promptly initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for the replacement or repair of the item at no expense to you. IMPORTANT: We strongly advise you to check the package and crates for visible damage upon delivery, and if you notice any issues, take photos, mark the courier’s documents “Delivered Damaged”, and notify us immediately.

HOW LONG does it take to create and ship custom-made furniture?

The time required to create and ship your custom-made furniture depends on factors such as design complexity, materials, and current order queue. On average, it may take between 3 to 6 weeks from order placement to delivery. Should there be any modifications to these lead times, we will promptly notify you via email.

We ship worldwide using DHL or FedEx Express, with full insurance and tracking for peace of mind. Delivery to the USA, Canada, and Europe usually takes 5-7 business days.

Your table arrives fully assembled—simply unpack and set it in place.
Freight carriers provide curbside delivery and will need a signature on arrival. Since they won’t be able to bring items inside, we recommend arranging a little extra help if needed.

Everything ships safely packed in a custom crate. When it arrives, please take a quick look over the crate for any signs of damage. If there’s an issue, snap a photo and message us here or call us at +359 888 004 746. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it quickly, including a replacement or repair at no extra cost to you.
