Do you accept Returns?

Yes, we accept returns mailed within 14 days of the delivered date of your package. Package MUST be mailed out within that time frame.

Do you issue REFUNDS?

Yes we issue refunds ( less shipping costs) when RETURNS are received ( according to our RETURN shipping policy).Items MUST be in original condition . We are unable to issue any refunds after the time period stated in our Return Policy above has elapsed. If the package arrives damaged...Please take the damaged package to your local Post Office .

Are all of your Sterling Silver items stamped?

Most all of my Sterling Items are stamped. The Federal Government does not require that Sterling Silver jewelry manufactured in the USA be stamped. However, any Sterling Silver jewelry manufactured outside of the USA does require a stamp.

Different manufacturers of our charms use slightly different sizes and shapes for jump rings that are used on their charms. Some jump rings are round and some are slightly oval. Most jump rings have an Interior width of 3MM. Please note that we do not offer refunds for jump rings that are not "uniform" sizes. Our round Birthstones come with closed jump rings that do not open. Thank you for your understanding:)

Age Recommendation for our Jewelry

We do NOT recommend our jewelry for kiddos under 18 years of age. Charms can pose a choking hazard and chains can be "tugged " accidentally or "caught " on clothing when playing .None of the items that I have for sale in my shop are intended for children/teens under 18 years of age.

Sterling longhorn charm, has a 3D detailed front with a smooth back surface and would be a beautiful piece for your western jewelry creations.
Our charms can be paired with your unique stampings, birthstone embellishments, earring creations or added to chains, keychains, zipper pulls and bracelets.

Jump Rings:
All Sterling Charms come with a jump ring that can be attached to bracelets using jewelry pliers. Round Birthstones have a CLOSED Jump ring. Some customers do have their jump rings soldered after attaching to a charm bracelet for maximum security although it is an individual matter of preference.
