How do I start a custom order?

Since all our services from VTuber models to D&D characters and Emotes are custom-made, please DM us before purchasing. This allows us to discuss your specific vision, complexity, and reference materials to provide you with an accurate price and timeframe.

What files will I receive?

You will receive high-resolution digital files tailored to your order: - VTuber/Character Sheets: High-res PSD (layered) and PNG. - Emotes/Badges/Panels: Optimized PNG files in the required sizes for platforms like Twitch or Discord. - FanArt/PFP/Dakimakura: High-resolution JPG/PNG for printing or digital use. - Logos/Banners: High-quality transparent PNGs and source files upon request.

Can I request a specific art style (e.g., Roblox or Manhwa)

Yes! While our signature style is influenced by high-fantasy and modern gacha aesthetics, we are highly adaptive. We can cater to specific niches like Roblox FanArt, Chibi styles, or detailed Anime/Manhwa renders. Feel free to send us your style references during our initial chat.

What is your policy on NSFW or Furry art?

We gladly accept Furry commissions (Ref sheets, icons, etc.) and Anime FanArt. However, we strictly maintain a SFW (Safe For Work) or mildly suggestive standard. We do not accept explicit/hard NSFW or gore requests.

Is the price listed on Etsy final?

The prices listed are "Base Prices" for standard complexity. Since every commission is unique (especially for intricate designs like D&D Fantasy or detailed Dakimakuras), the final price may vary. We will send you a "Custom Listing" if your request requires additional detail or specific assets.

How many revisions do I get?

We provide Unlimited revisions for minor revisions during the Sketch Phase. This is the best time to change poses or design elements. Once we move to the final coloring/rendering phase, we only accept minor color adjustments to ensure the project stays on schedule.

Does my order include a commercial license?

All custom orders include a Standard Commercial License (suitable for streaming, YouTube, and personal branding). If you intend to use the artwork for mass-merchandise (e.g., selling physical prints or shirts), please DM us for Extended Commercial License details.

Do you handle the rigging for VTuber models?

We offer both "Art Only" and "Art + Rigging" bundles. If you order a VTuber Model, please specify if you need it to be "Rig-Ready" (PSD cutting only) or if you would like us to handle the Live2D animation as well.
