Due to the unique nature of 3D printing, there might be minor differences in color, texture, or finish compared to our listing images. Slight imperfections may occasionally occur but add to the unique quality and novelty of 3D printed items. 3D printed items are designed for everyday use but may not be suitable for extreme conditions or heavy stress. Additionally, some 3D-printed items may not be appropriate for unsupervised young children and could break under excessive force or if dropped. Handle with care to ensure longevity. Custom and personalized orders

Custom Colors (not personalized): Returns and replacements are accepted on custom color orders (please see our shop policies for details). Personalized Orders: Due to being personalized, these orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or arrived damaged.

Shipping Delays/Lost Packages

Once we have fulfilled your order properly, we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. However if you find your package is stuck in transit, reach out to us and we will submit a claim with the shipping service we used.
