1910s Edwardian Brassiere Pale Pink Cami Top Bra Button Closure Silk Ribbon Strap/Bows Small

FEATURES: 1910-1920s CAMISOLE / BRASSIERE. THIS ANTIQUE BRA IS VERY RARE: MOTHER OF PEARL BUTTONS DOWN THE BACK. LIGHT WEIGHT SHEER SILK, IN A PALE PINK COLOR. DELICATE FLORAL EMBROIDERY ACROSS THE FRONT. WORN AS AN UNDERLAYER FOR A YOUNG WOMAN BACK IN ITS DAY. SILK RIBBON HAS BEEN RESTORED, BOW CAN EASILY BE REMOVED OR ADDED FOR A DIFFERENT LOOK. CONDITION: Pre-owned antique condition.

NOTABLE ISSUES: The silk fabric has thinned with age....handle with care. A tiny spot below the embroidery on the left side. The silk ribbon straps had shredded, so ribbon was restored (replaced with French silk vintage ribbon), I did not sew the front straps in, (they are sewn in back) You can either keep it knotted as is, or sew in permanently after you have had a chance to tailor the fit. Some raw edges on the hemline in a few areas (refer to last photo for up close details).
