What is your average turnaround time?

We strive to ship all custom orders of Roman shades within 4 to 5 weeks and will communicate with you along the way. For all other products, please see the details in the product listing.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes, we do! We make more sizes and color combinations of Roman shades than we could ever fit into a dropdown menu. Please use the Request Custom Order button above; we will reply quickly. Please be specific and use our sizing chart in the listing. Customizations only apply to Roman shades unless otherwise specified in the listing. In short, we offer custom colors for select furniture pieces that can be custom ordered; we do not offer customizations of mirrors, marble, or stone products.

Do you accept returns and is there a re-stocking fee?

All our items are made-to-order, so we can only say, it's possible. We will always put forth every effort to make our customers happy, but we also know we can't please everyone. In which case, we must evaluate each return individually, determine if we can accept it back or not, and depending on the time spent and any other costs incurred if there will be a re-stocking fee or not.

What if my order arrives damaged?

You must notify us of your damages within 48 hours of delivery—this applies to all orders. Please do not delay inspecting your item (e.g., waiting for a particular project phase, project completion, or move-in day). If a large or oversized piece will be delivered by a freight carrier or with a white glove carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the delivery. Indicate damages or defects on the receipt with the carrier and refuse the shipment if necessary. Claims not communicated within 48 hours of delivery will be at the company's discretion on how to remedy the claim based on the merits of the situation.
