Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Answer: Returns & Exchanges Because our products are made-to-order (printed specifically for you after your purchase), we do not accept returns or exchanges for: • Buyer’s error: This includes ordering the wrong size, color, or providing an incorrect shipping address. Please consult our size charts carefully before placing your order. • Change of mind: Once the production process has started, we cannot cancel or take back the item. Your satisfaction is our priority. For Damaged Items or Printing Errors please read the next question-answer.

What if my item is damaged or has a design error?

Answer: We stand by the quality of our products! If the print is blurry, the design is incorrect, or the item is physically damaged upon arrival, please send us a message with a photo of the product. We will immediately arrange for a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to return damaged items.

Special Information for EU & UK Buyers (Returns)

Answer: In accordance with EU and UK consumer protection laws, buyers in these regions have a 14-day window to return standard items for a refund. Important Conditions: 1. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our studio in Quebec, Canada. Please be aware that international shipping from Europe to Canada can be expensive. 2. Procedure: You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the process. 3. Refunds: We will refund the item price and the initial shipping cost once the item is received in its original, unworn condition at our Canadian address. 4. Exclusion: Items with custom personalization (e.g., your name or a custom photo) are not eligible for this 14-day return right.
