Custom and personalized orders

To the fact that personalized items are made specifically with a name, last name or initials - I cannot refund your purchase or accept a return because you change your mind.

As stated in our policies, we don't accept returns on custom or personalized items. However, other non-custom or personalized items are accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss damage. In case an item is damage or broke at delivery, notify us immediately so we can start the process to replace the item or refund your money. You have 24 hours to notify any issue with your item. If the item is delivered in good condition and no damages were noted within the first 24 hours, we reserve the right of refusing a buyer's refund request.

Order cancellations are accepted but only during the first 24 hours after the order was placed, after that window of time, no cancellations are accepted.
