Early shipping and planning are key for on-time delivery. We are not able to promise "arrive by" dates as we do not have any control over delivery. We do however have estimated arrival times on every listing. As a reminder, we are not responsible for lost in transit packages or delayed delivery.

We primarily print on Bella+Canvas for shirts. They are our favorite fit for a tee and they are super soft! To make ordering easier, we only use unisex sizes, so you never have to worry about the type of fit. For care, we like to wash ours in cold water inside out and hang dry to make sure the shrinking stays at a minimum.

All of our products are made to order, just for you, by our manufacturer. We do not keep inventory on hand, so it does take some time to process your order and ship it to you. It typically takes 3-5 business days to process orders and then 2-6 business days for shipping. All in all, you should receive your order within 5-11 business days from when you place your order!

Shipments marked as a gift will not have pricing printed on the packing slip if possible.

Returns, Exchanges and Damaged Product

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer's change of mind. In the event, the product is incorrect or damaged due to our making, we will replace it. If it is damaged or missing due to carrier mishandling, the buyer will need to submit a claim to the carrier service.
