How can I return my order, request an exchange, or request a refund?

Unfortunately, per shop policy, I am unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges as each item I sell is made-to-order. If you have any issues with your order, please send me a message! I'd be happy to troubleshoot and work out a solution with you.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Most likely yes - but send me a message ASAP! I can change your shipping address as long as you request the change within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, your order will be automatically routed to production and I can't guarantee the change will go through.

Where are you based? Why do some items ship from different locations?

I'm based in sunny Southern California, where I design all of my pieces! Since I don't own my own apparel factory (yet) I've outsourced production of my items to a variety of professional clothing manufacturers across the country. You can see where each item ships from on its individual listing page.
