You have the option for some prints to add a 1/2-inch border. This addition does not add to the size of the selected print size, it reduced the size of the printed image on the print size selected. For an example of the visual difference, please see second or third image in listing.

Orders with all prints under 11x14/12x12" in size ship flat in a rigid stayflat mailer. Larger prints are shipped rolled in a heavy-duty mailer tube.

⚠️ LOST OR DAMAGED PRINTS POLICY ⚠️
- I will gladly provide you with a free replacement of your order if it is lost in-transit by the courier. In order for this policy to apply, the courier's tracking must show that it was not delivered. If a package shows delivered, but it has not actually arrived to you, please contact the courier. They are able to help assist you in locating your package. If in the end, they confirm the package was not delivered to you, but either lost or delivered to the incorrect address, please have them email you with that information. You can then share a screenshot of that USPS or UPS email with me, and I will honor this policy.

- I will gladly provide you with a free replacement of any prints in your order that are damaged in-transit. In order for this policy to apply, you must provide me with photo evidence of *both* the damaged print(s), and the damaged packaging within 48-hours of delivery (I use the timestamp on the courier's tracking to determine the cut-off for this policy). I will then gladly provide you with free replacements for your damaged print(s).

- I will gladly provide you with a free replacement of any prints in your order that have some form of damage that may have occurred in the production process. Because it is not possible for me to verify whether these kinds of damages were actually caused by me verses by you, **there is a strict 48-hour window to report any damage to your prints you find.** This 48-hour window starts from the courier's timestamp of delivery and ends 48-hours thereafter. Photo evidence is required to show the damages. If you reach out to me after this 48-hour window, I will be happy to provide you with a one-time 25% off coupon code to repurchase the print(s) if you'd like.

⚠️ CHANGES TO ORDER AFTER PURCHASE POLICY ⚠️
- If you need to make a change to your order (i.e. shipping address, print(s) purchased, print(s) size, quantity) please reach out right away. I sometimes produce and ship prints the same day they're purchased, so if you reach out after your order has already been produced and shipped, I am not responsible for the errors in the order.

- If you need to update the shipping address, change the order, or cancel the order, please contact me immediately via Etsy messenger. I am not responsible for errors in an order if you fail to reach out before your order is produced and shipped.

‼️CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES‼️
We are not responsible for any accrued customs/import costs for orders shipping outside of the U.S. All additional fees are the purchaser's responsibility. Every country has different customs policies and fees, so be sure to research what those may be in advanced to purchasing so there are no surprises for you. 🧡

‼️‼️FOR THOSE WHO PLACE AN ORDER, RECEIVE IT, WISH TO RETURN, AND GET A REFUND‼️‼️
If you place an order and wish to return it for a refund, please:
(1) contact me via Etsy messenger within 14 days (NOT business days).
(2) Share the tracking information for the returned item(s) with me via Etsy messenger.
You MUST share the tracking number with me and notify me of your returns shipment, because I do NOT check my inbox regularly - only when I know I'm receiving a package. So, if you ship your return *without* notifying me of the return info, it is possible that your returned order will then be returned to you (as USPS only holds on to packages for 7 days and then returns them to sender). If a purchaser returns an item/order without notifying me (the seller) and the package is then returned to the purchaser - it is the purchasers responsibility to repurchase another label and re-ship it back to me. Purchasers are responsible for covering all return shipping label fees - so, a free pre-paid shipping label will NOT be provided to you. NOTE: It's in your best interest to purchase a label with insurance to cover any possible damages that may occur in-transit (because if damages occur in-transit, then a refund may not be possible through my shop, and you'll have to seek reimbursement from the courier who damaged the item(s)).

A refund will be given when I (the seller) am notified by the purchaser with their returned package info, and I am then able to retrieve the package and review the contents of their order. All items MUST be in the same condition as when they were sent to the purchaser (so they must be re-sellable) if there are any damages to the items, this can reduce the amount refunded, or if the damages are beyond repair, that will eliminate the refundable amount altogether (meaning a refund will not be issued).

PLEASE NOTE: Issued refunds are **MINUS ALL ETSY FEES** AND any shipping fees initially paid. Etsy fees are NOT refundable because Etsy *does not* refund their fees under any circumstances. These fees include transaction fees, service fees, marketing fees, etc. (which their fees can be $10, $20, or more, depending the value of the order placed). I will always share a screenshot with you so you can see the fees that will be deducted from your refund amount.
